If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt of your order, please contact me immediately at email@example.com. You have up to seven days of receipt of your order to cancel and return items, and must provide a proof of postage within this time. Any items returned for refund must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with no evidence of damage or use. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of an item and I require that an item is returned via registered mail to enable tracking the return of the item. I take no responsibility for deliveries being returned to me which go missing or are undelivered. If the above conditions are met a full refund will be issued. Thank you.
